Metacognitive strategy is an emerging topic in education and teaching research in recent years. The so-called metacognition, also known as post-cognitive or reflection cognition. In 1976, American psychologist Flavell explicitly proposed the concept and meaning of metacognition in his book Cognitive Development. Metacognition refers to people’s cognition of their own cognitive process. Cognitive refers to the objective external world. Metacognition points to the cognitive process of human beings. Metacognition refers to the activity of cognitive process itself. The development of students ’metacognitive ability directly and profoundly affects the students’ learning activities and their own growth.
