研究城镇排水管道系统清淤这一特定工况下的液压抓斗,对液压抓斗清淤工况进行受力分析,建立液压抓斗的受力模型。通过MATLAB编程计算,仿真液压抓斗在清淤工况下的挖掘曲线,分析影响挖掘性能的主要因素,提出提高挖掘效率的方法,并得出挖掘过程所需的液压力及液压力变化规律,为液压抓斗设计及液压缸的选型提供参考。
The hydraulic grapple under the specific conditions of urban drainage pipe system dredging is studied. The force analysis of the hydraulic grab dredging is carried out, and the force model of the hydraulic grapple is established. Through the MATLAB programming and calculation, the excavation curve of the hydraulic grab under the condition of dredging is simulated, the main factors that affect the performance of excavation are analyzed, the method to improve the efficiency of excavation is put forward, and the law of hydraulic pressure and hydraulic force required for digging is obtained. It provides a reference for hydraulic grab design and hydraulic cylinder selection.
