目的了解我国近5 a大学生心理健康论文分析结果,为改善大学生心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法以症状自评量表(SCL-90)、心理健康为关键词,在中国学术期刊网络出版总库(CNK I)选取60篇我国大学新生心理健康问题的研究报告,用元分析方法对报告的数据进行重新处理和分析。结果 5 a来我国大学新生的SCL-90的60项研究与全国常模比较的平均效应量D值为0.28,9个因子除强迫与精神病性为中等水平外,其余均为低效应;自定义的10项自变量中,农村与城、县,师范类与非师范类,贫困生与非贫困生均为中等差异,其他属于低效应水平,差异无统计学意义。结论我国大学新生的心理健康除个别群体、个别因子存在问题外,整体属于健康水平。
Objective To understand the analysis results of essay on psychological health of undergraduates in recent 5 years in our country and provide a scientific basis for improving the mental health of undergraduates. Methods Using the self-rating symptom scale (SCL-90) and mental health as the key words, 60 research reports on mental health problems of freshmen in China were selected in the CNKI, and the results of meta-analysis Data for reprocessing and analysis. Results In the past 5 years, the average D-value of 60 studies on SCL-90 among freshmen in our country compared with the national norm was 0.28, while 9 factors were of low effect except for coercion and psychosis. Of the 10 independent variables, rural and urban, county, normal and non-normal class, poor students and non-poor students were moderate differences, the other belongs to the low level of effectiveness, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The freshmen’s mental health in our country belongs to the healthy level except the problems of individual groups and individual factors.
