近几年来在矽肺药物筛选中,我所及其他单位发现汉防己甲素(简称汉甲)对动物实验性矽肺无论是预防性还是病后治疗均有明显的疗效。同时观察到治疗动物肺泡腔中有大量巨噬细胞浸润,矽肺结节中心及退变的肺胶元纤维间常出现较多的大细胞。说明巨噬细胞在治疗过程中极其活跃。为了解汉甲对受石英尘毒性作用的肺泡巨噬细胞有无直接的保护作用,以便为说明汉甲对实验性矽肺的疗效提供理论依据,本实验采用体外细胞培养法观察了石英损伤肺泡巨噬细胞时汉甲的影响。
