以龙辐麦 3号为试材 ,利用花粉管通道将不同浓度的平阳霉素导入小麦胚囊内 ,使其直接作用于合子或幼胚 ,研究了平阳霉素导入后对小麦的诱变效果。结果表明 ,处理后的龙辐麦 3号在 M1、M2 代的株高、穗长、小穗数、主穗粒数等性状上发生了变异。M3 代产生的优异突变体在 M4 代已经稳定 ,优异突变体 96 K986产量比亲本提高 8.5% ,湿面筋和沉降值分别比对照提高 2 .2和 4 .3个百分点。
Taking Longfumai No.3 as test material, different concentrations of pingyangmycin were introduced into wheat embryo sac by using pollen tube channels to directly act on zygotic or immature embryos, and the mutagenic effect on wheat after bleomycin was introduced . The results showed that the variation of plant height, spike length, number of spikelets and grain number per spike were observed in Longfumai 3 after M1 and M2 generations. The excellent mutant produced by M3 generation had been stable in M4 generation. The yield of 96 K986 mutant with superior quality was 8.5% higher than that of the parent, wet gluten and sedimentation value increased by 2.2% and 4.3% respectively compared with the control.
