粘附是磨削钛合金时的一个特殊现象,也是钛合金磨削加工性差的基本原因。本文通过对磨削过程的显微跟踪观察、砂轮表面粘附物和工件表面形貌的扫描电镜分析,建立了粘附物形成过程的模型。基于此模型,文章给出了几种改善钛合金磨削加工性的有效措施。
Adhesion is a special phenomenon when grinding titanium alloy, but also the basic reason for poor grinding of titanium alloy. In this paper, through the microscopic tracking of the grinding process, the adhesion of the grinding wheel surface and the surface morphology of the workpiece by scanning electron microscopy, a model of adhesion formation was established. Based on this model, the article gives several effective measures to improve the grinding process of titanium alloy.
