随着国家“走出去”战略的发展,大量的中国工程类企业在海外开疆扩土,无论是在欧美发达国家还是在广大亚非拉国家,他们在获取当地工程服务合同,设立驻外机构甚至在面临海外法律及合同纠纷时,都开始意识到在企业内部设立相应法律合同岗位的必要性,那么如何设立以及相应岗位的权责划分则是要首先考虑的问题。
