管理科学的逐渐发展和完善,使得人力资源的重要性已经充分显现出来。在当今社会,企业发展的好坏和人力资源管理工作开展地到位与否有着直接的关系。为了实现企业的可持续发展,创新人力资源管理工作是势在必行的。基于此种情况,笔者对企业人力资源管理创新问题进行了深入地分析和思考,并提出了自己的几点建议,以期实现企业长足、稳固的发展。
The gradual development and improvement of management science has made the importance of human resources fully revealed. In today’s society, the quality of business development and human resources management work carried out in place or not has a direct relationship. In order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises, it is imperative to innovate human resources management. Based on this situation, the author conducted an in-depth analysis and reflection on the innovation of enterprise human resources management, and put forward some suggestions of its own in order to realize the rapid and steady development of the enterprise.
