文章引入经济学的“供给侧”概念,提出人才培养的供给侧要素,认为事业单位要进行内部输出改革,但不能以量多衡量,而应以质新为突破口。要进行供给侧改革,就要优化知识结构、塑造创新氛围、致力服务群众、提升身体素质,以投鞭断流的气势和背水一战的意志形成合力,打通两侧。
The paper introduces the concept of “supply side” in economics and puts forward the supply side elements of personnel training. It believes that institutions should carry out internal output reform, but they should not measure by quantity but should take quality as the breakthrough point. To carry out supply-side reform, we must optimize the structure of knowledge, create an atmosphere of innovation, to serve the masses, enhance physical fitness, with a whipping off the momentum and the will to fight back together to open up both sides.
