模式,是指某种事物的结构特征与存在形式,是某种事物的标准性形式或固定格式。管理模式:是在管理人性假设的基础上设计出的一整套具体的管理理念、管理内容、管理工具、管理程序、管理制度和管理方法论体系并将其反复运用于企业,使企业在运行过程中自觉加以遵守的管理规则。管理模式,通俗地讲就是一个企业在管理制度上和其他企业不一样的地方,从制度经济学的角度讲,包括了正式制度和非正式制度两个方面,也就是企业在管理规章制度和企业文化上最基本的不同特征。
