新建的成都北编组站通过采用编组站综合集成自动化系统(CIPS),整合现有成熟的各种过程控制分系统,建立共享信息平台,从调度计划管理着手,将调度计划中与站内经路有关的部分直接下达给控制系统自动执行,并采用优化决策方法,提供站内调车机、线路与走行径路等资源的合理分配与优化使用方案,实现调度决策指挥自动化。成都北编组站CIPS系统的核心是编组站信息化的重构,从全面性、一体化、动态性、实时性、自动化等方面,对编组站信息化重新定位、规划、分析、设计与实施,从而实现编组站高度综合自动化的目的。
