特殊教育学校职业教育以残疾学生的实际需求为出发点和落脚点,将职业技术教育列为学校发展的重中之重。在特殊教育学校如何构建职业教育教师专业化发展的平台一直是我们的难点。我校采用多途径培养,造就双师型、全能型职教师资,积极探索、大胆改革,整合目前与教师专业教育有密切关系的各业务部门的职能,在组织上保证教师专业化教育的推进,以提升特殊教育学校职业教育办学水平。
