目的 了解甘肃省秦安县饮水型氟中毒病区改水工程运行情况及其降氟效果 ,用于指导全省地氟病防治。方法 Dean氏法进行儿童氟斑牙诊断 ,X线拍片检查氟骨症 ,离子选择电极法测定水氟、儿童尿氟含量。结果 2 0 0 0、2 0 0 1年泰安县儿童氟斑牙检出率分别为 35 .3%和 39.9% ,尿氟含量均值 >1.5 0 mg/L ;成人氟骨症X线检出率为 2 4 % ;两年均有 6 0 %左右的改水工程不能正常运行。结论 饮水型氟中毒病区降氟改水防病效果显著 ,但工程维修、管理不善影响了防病工作。
Objective To understand the operation of water diversion project in Qin’an County, Gansu Province, and its effect on reducing fluoride, which is used to guide the prevention and control of endemic fluorosis in the province. Methods Dean’s method was used to diagnose children’s dental fluorosis. X-ray film was used to detect skeletal fluorosis. Ion-selective electrode method was used to determine the fluoride content in water and children. Results The prevalence of dental fluorosis in Tai’an was 35.3% and 39.9% in 2001, and the urinary fluoride content was more than 1.5 mg / L. The detection rate of X-ray in adult skeletal fluorosis 24%. For the past two years, about 60% of the water diversion projects can not operate normally. Conclusion The fluoride-lowering water-reducing and disease-preventing effect of drinking-water fluorosis area is significant, but engineering maintenance and poor management affect the prevention of disease.
