本文对比了同一高度、速度点,发动机接通加力失败和接通加力时出现喘振的两种故障现象。通过对试飞数据的整理和分析,确定故障原因是加力1区供油量太小,不能满足小加力成功点火。当2区开始供油时,加力燃烧室突然开始工作,导致发动机加力工作不稳定。本文可以为航空发动机加力系统供油设计和试飞提供参考。
This article compares the two phenomena of failure at the same altitude, speed, failure of the engine to apply the force, and surge during the application of the afterburner. Through the finishing and analysis of the test flight data, it is determined that the reason of the failure is that the fuel supply in Jiali District 1 is too small to satisfy the successful ignition of small afterburner. When Zone 2 began to supply fuel, the afterburner suddenly started to work, resulting in instability of the engine afterburner. This article can provide a reference for the design and flight test of aero-engine afterburner system.
