目的了解封校后在校学生心理健康状况,以便于及时的发现解决学生潜在的心理问题,制定具体有效的措施。方法通过问卷(SCL-90、自制甲型H1N1流感知识问卷)调查法对在校大一至大三学生进行调查,分析各因子分情况,分析在校学生的对甲型流感的认知情况、年级、性别对SCL-90中各因子分的影响。结果在校学生SCL-90各因子分在正常范围之内,各因子分男女之间差异无统计学意义,不同年级躯体化及焦虑两因子分存在差异且有统计学意义。结论在校学生心理健康状况良好,学生对疾病的认知度是影响学生心理健康状况的相关因素,学生年级的高低与对疾病的认知程度相关。
Objective To understand the mental health status of students in post-closure school in order to find out and solve the potential psychological problems in time and formulate concrete and effective measures. Methods A questionnaire (SCL-90, self-made H1N1 Influenza Questionnaire) questionnaire was used to investigate the freshmen to seniors in the school. The factors of each factor were analyzed, and the students’ cognition of influenza A, grade , Sex on SCL-90 in each factor score. Results The scores of SCL-90 in school students were within the normal range. There was no significant difference between male and female in each factor. The differences of somatization and anxiety in different grades were statistically significant. Conclusion The mental health status of students in school is good. Students ’cognition of illness is the related factor that affects students’ mental health status. The grade of students is related to the cognition of disease.
