目的预测某汽油吸附脱硫装置职业病危害因素的种类和程度,并分析其关键控制点。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》划分生产单元,采用经验法、类比法、检查表法进行分析。结果生产过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素有汽油(内含苯及芳烃)、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、甲烷、乙炔、吸附剂粉尘及吸附剂含有的镍、钴、噪声、高温、工频电磁场、电离辐射等,类比检测结果均低于职业接触限值。但炼油部有25.59%的噪声操作工人听力异常。结论该项目主要的职业病危害因素较多,其中最主要的是化学毒物、噪声和电离辐射危害,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。
Objective To predict the types and degree of occupational hazards in a gasoline adsorption desulfurization plant and analyze its key control points. Methods Based on the “Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises”, production units were divided into two groups, and empirical methods, analogy methods and checklist methods were used to analyze them. Results The possible harmful factors of occupational diseases in the production process include gasoline (including benzene and aromatics), sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, methane, acetylene, adsorbent dust and adsorbent containing nickel, cobalt, noise, high temperature, power frequency electromagnetic field, ionizing radiation Etc., the results of analog test are lower than the occupational exposure limit. However, 25.59% of the noise operators in the Refining Department experienced abnormal hearing. Conclusion The main occupational hazards in this project are many. Among them, chemical poison, noise and ionizing radiation are the most important hazards. The prevention and control of key occupational hazards should be strengthened.
