目的：探讨肋骨环抱器固定肋骨骨折的可行性和临床效果，总结临床经验。方法回顾性分析2011年3月至2014年5月在宿迁市人民医院住院的52例肋骨行内固定手术肋骨骨折患者的临床资料。结果本研究中患者行肋骨内固定术后均感觉疼痛明显缓解，胸壁畸形有明显改善，连枷胸患者反常呼吸均消失，术后未出现1例死亡，未出现严重并发症，所有患者均痊愈出院。结论肋骨骨折在患者病情允许的情况下，早期用肋骨环抱器进行内固定，可以减少并发症的发生，缩短患者恢复时间，值得临床推广。“,”Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of alloy embracing fixator for the treatment of rib frac_tures. Methods The clinical data of 52 cases of alloy embracing fixator for the treatment of rib fractures in suqian people’s hos_pital from March 2011 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of the patients with rib fractures obtained signifi_cant pain relief,chest wall deformity were significantly improved. The abnormal breathing of flail chest disappeared. No morality or severe complications occurred after surgery. All patients were cured. Conclusion The patients with rib fractures should be treated with alloy embracing fixator at early stage if possible,which can reduce the incidence of complications and recovery time, and is worthy of being promoted.
