在养老服务人才培养中,单凭老年服务与管理专业一枝独秀,难以满足当前社会对各类养老服务人才的需求。因此,进行以老年服务与管理专业为核心的养老服务专业群建设是非常必要的。养老服务专业群建设应立足产业需求,以原有优势专业为核心,抓住产业链中的某些环节,提升为当地经济和行业发展服务的能力。在实践探索中,可强化老年服务与管理专业建设,构建“三阶递进,工学结合”的人才培养模式;调整社区管理与服务专业定位,为养老服务发展培养老年社会工作专门人才;加强社区康复新专业建设,为养老服务业发展培养老年康复人才。
In the training of pension service personnel, the elite service and management alone can not meet the needs of various types of elderly service personnel in the current society. Therefore, it is very necessary to construct a professional group of aged care services with the core of elderly service and management as the core. The construction of pension service professionals should be based on the needs of the industry, take the original advantages as the core, grasp certain links in the industrial chain and enhance the ability to serve the local economy and industry development. In practical exploration, we can strengthen the professional construction of elderly services and management and build a “three-step forward, combination of work and education” personnel training mode; adjust the community management and service professional positioning for the development of pension services to train senior social work professionals; Strengthen the construction of new specialty of community rehabilitation and cultivate elderly rehabilitation talents for the development of pension service.
