在老厂改造工程中,对深坑基础的设计方案,往往会受到密集建筑群内相邻建(构)筑物的限制,在不能采用放坡大开挖施工,且在没有条件采用连续墙施工时,常需采用开口沉井的设计方案。但在设计和施工中应充分考虑确保施工安全的措施,特别是在上海的饱和软土地基上施工,设计中必须处理好开口沉井自重在下述三个施工阶段的关系: 1.沉井下沉阶段,要求沉井克服侧壁摩阻力,此时,希望沉井自重重些; 2.沉井刃脚到达设计标高,要求沉井稳定不再下沉时,希望沉井自重要轻些;
