在社会转型过程中,领导干部面临着多方面的角色要求和期待,如果不能很好的对待与处理,必然产生错位,他们的社会角色由于评价顾忌、理解不当、环境变化等原因产生角色冲突。这种冲突不仅让领导干部承受巨大心理压力,也会对组织运行、社会发展带来巨大负面影响。减少领导干部的角色压力,通过合理定位、有效调适、规范控制、角色关怀等方式有助于及时化解问题。
In the process of social transformation, leading cadres are faced with many kinds of role requirements and expectations. If they can not be properly treated and handled, they will inevitably have dislocations and their social roles may have conflicting roles due to scruples, misunderstandings and environmental changes. Such conflicts not only expose the leading cadres to tremendous psychological pressure, but also have a huge negative impact on the operation of the organization and on the social development. Reduce the pressure of the role of leading cadres, through the rational positioning, effective adaptation, standardized control, role care and other means to help resolve the problem in time.
