降低和控制油气输送焊管的残余应力是生产厂家提高焊管质量的一个重要方向。根据板的弹塑性弯曲理论,推导出弯板的残余应力计算公式,进而采用切环法估测焊管残余应力的计算值。估测值与切块法实测值的线性回归分析表明,估测值与实测值吻合较好,两者相关系数R2 =0-8720 。这种方法便于生产现场测试和监控油气输送焊管的残余应力。
Reducing and controlling the residual stress of oil and gas pipelines is an important direction for manufacturers to improve the quality of welded pipe. According to the elastic-plastic bending theory of plate, the calculation formula of residual stress of curved plate is deduced, and then the calculated value of residual stress of pipe is estimated by the method of ring-cutting. The linear regression analysis of the measured value and the actual measured value of the dicing method shows that the estimated value is in good agreement with the measured value, and the correlation coefficient R2 = 0-8720. This method facilitates the production site to test and monitor the residual stress of oil and gas pipe.
