中国传统戏曲历几百年之兴盛 ,然至近现代却趋萎靡 ,个中缘由既有戏曲自身之原因 ,也由人为的外部环境所致。但从传统戏曲在近现代所经历的否定、沉寂、高涨、改革四阶段之蜿蜒之路 ,可窥见中华民族自觉自新、自强不息 ,中国先进知识分子勇于破旧立新 ,上下求索 ,探求中华民族现代化之思想历程。 Traditional Chinese opera has flourished for hundreds of years. However, the modern Chinese drama has been dwindling to the modern era. The reason is that the traditional Chinese opera has its own reasons as well as the artificial external environment. However, from the meandering path of traditional drama in the four phases of denial, silence, highness and reform in the modern era, one can glimpse the Chinese nation’s self-reliance and self-improvement. China’s advanced intellectuals have the courage to break new ground and make innovations and explore the modernization of the Chinese nation Thought process.
