测定不同开放程度杭菊头状花序花色苷含量及其相关基因表达量和相关酶活性和含量,分析淹水胁迫对杭菊头状花序开放过程中花色苷合成的影响。结果发现杭菊CHS基因表达量和CHS酶含量随杭菊头状花序开放程度的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而花色苷含量、DFR基因表达量和DFR酶活性均随杭菊头状花序开放程度的增加而呈现先下降后上升的趋势,花色苷与DFR基因和DFR酶呈显著正相关,而与CHS基因和CHS酶无显著相关性。说明淹水胁迫对杭菊花色苷的合成及其相关酶和基因有显著影响,但不改变它们在杭菊头状花序开放过程中的变化规律,DFR基因和DFR酶的变化规律与花色苷一致,确实为花色苷合成的关键基因和关键酶,而CHS基因和CHS酶含量与花色苷的含量无显著相关性,CHS基因和CHS酶是否为杭菊花色苷合成关键基因和关键酶还有待进一步研究。
The contents of anthocyanins, related gene expression and related enzyme activities and contents of the flower buds of Hangchu were determined at different openness levels. The effects of waterlogging on the anthocyanin synthesis during the opening of flower buds were analyzed. The results showed that the CHS gene content and CHS enzyme content of Hang chrysanthemum first increased and then decreased with the increase of the opening degree of CHC. The content of anthocyanin, the expression of DFR gene and the activity of DFR were all increased with the increase of CHP content There was a positive correlation between anthocyanins and DFR and DFR enzymes, but no significant correlation with CHS and CHS enzymes. The results showed that waterlogging had a significant effect on the synthesis of anthocyanins and their related enzymes and genes, but did not change their changes during the opening of the flower head of Hang chrysanthemum. The changes of DFR gene and DFR enzyme were consistent with those of anthocyanins , Indeed a key anthocyanin synthesis genes and key enzymes, and CHS gene and CHS enzyme content and anthocyanin content was not significantly correlated CHS gene and CHS enzyme is Chrysanthemum anthocyanins key genes and key enzymes to be further developed the study.
