目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌发生、发展的关系及其两者的相关性,分析COX-2、EGFR表达与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化(S-P)法检测48例膀胱移行细胞癌和10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中COX-2与EGFR的表达。结果48例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中,COX-2与EGFR表达阳性率分别为70.8%和66.7%,显著高于正常膀胱黏膜组织(P<0.01)。COX-2与EGFR在原发组中的阳性表达率低于复发组。随着膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级和临床分期的增高,COX-2和EGFR的表达增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COX-2和EGFR的表达之间呈明显正相关(Kappa=0.419,P=0.004)。结论COX-2和EGFR在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中普遍表达,且两者表达密切相关,两者可能在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生,发展过程中起重要作用,可作为判断膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学行为及估计预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and the occurrence and development of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (BTCC) , EGFR expression and tumor biological behavior. Methods The expressions of COX-2 and EGFR in 48 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal bladder mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P). Results The positive rates of COX-2 and EGFR expression in 48 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were 70.8% and 66.7%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal bladder mucosa (P <0.01). The positive rate of COX-2 and EGFR in the primary group was lower than that in the recurrence group. The expression of COX-2 and EGFR increased with the pathological grading and clinical stage of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and EGFR (Kappa = 0.419, P = 0.004). Conclusions COX-2 and EGFR are universally expressed in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and their expressions are closely related. Both of them may play an important role in the occurrence and development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma Academic behavior and prognostic indicators.
