1 引言聚对苯乙炔[Poly(p-phenylene vinylene),缩写名PPV]是一种具有可机械加工性、在空气中稳定的优良导电高分子材料。80年代中期,有关实验发现:若用H_2SO_4,AsF_5等P型掺杂剂进行掺杂。掺杂后的PPV的电导率可达10~3scm~(-1)数量级。近一、二年,又发现它具有良好的电致发光性能,并已制成PPV发光二极管。由于PPV材料具有其它导电高分子材料所少有的易拉丝和易成膜等优点,因此它作为一种导电、发光高分子新材料,在制造全塑电子线路、电器元件和超薄大面积显示屏等高新科技领域有着广泛而又诱人的应用前景。
1 Introduction Poly (p-phenylene vinylene), abbreviated name PPV] is an excellent conductive polymer material with machinability and stability in the air. The mid 80’s, the experiment found that: if H_2SO_4, AsF_5 and other P-type dopant doping. The conductivity of doped PPV can reach 10 ~ 3scm -1.
