分层教学模式是指教师根据学生现有的知识、能力水平把学生科学地分成几组水平相近的学生群体并区别对待,这些群体在教师恰当的分层策略和相互作用中得到最好的发展和提高。这也就是所谓的因材施教,因为我们大家都知道高中数学对学生的要求非常高,它要求学生有很好的思维能力和计算能力,但不同学生的能力是不一样的,就需要把分层教学的模式搬到高中数学的课程中去,针对不同学生的能力来具体对待。传统的教学模式已经不再适用于高中数学的课堂,学生的能力和基础不一样,这就要求我们把分层教学的模式应用到数学课堂。
