目的 通过对优秀学员与问题学员在父母教养方式上的差异分析,探讨早期教育及家庭因素对军事人才发展的影响,从而为转化问题学员提供理论依据。方法 使用“父母教养方式量表(EMBU)”对40名优秀学员和40名问题学员进行对照分析。结果 优秀学员与问题学员的父母教养方式在父亲惩罚、严厉,过分干涉、拒绝、否认和母亲拒绝、否认、惩罚、严厉方面存在显著性差异。结论 不正确的父母教养方式是形成问题学员的重要因素。
Aim To analyze the influence of early education and family factors on the development of military talents by analyzing the differences in parenting styles among outstanding students and students in question so as to provide a theoretical basis for the conversion students. Methods The “Parenting Styles” (EMBU) was used to analyze 40 outstanding students and 40 question students. Results The parenting styles of outstanding students and problem students have significant differences in father punishment, harshness, excessive interference, refusal, denial and mother refusal, denial, punishment and harshness. Conclusion Incorrect parenting is an important factor in the formation of problem students.
