中职学校语文教师是语文改革的设计者与实施者,其自身的素质能力水平对于教学改革的发展具有重要的促进与保障作用。本文基于素质教育理念的引导,对新形势下的中职学校语文教师教学能力的构成进行阐述,对其相关的培养途径进行探讨,旨在为全面提高中职学校语文教师队伍的整体素质能力,推动中职学校语文教学改革的可持续发展,提供必要的借鉴与参考。
Language teachers in secondary vocational schools are the designers and implementers of language reform.
