采用交流微弧氧化方法在一种锆合金表面制备出保护性陶瓷膜。采用SEM、EDS、XRD分析了陶瓷膜的表面形貌、截面组织、成分和相组成,并测量了微弧氧化前后锆合金的极化曲线,以评估陶瓷膜的电化学腐蚀特性。结果表明,膜层较为致密,并与锆合金结合良好。陶瓷膜由m-ZrO2、t-ZrO2、S iO2相所组成,其中S iO2相主要分布在外层膜里。微弧氧化处理后,锆合金的腐蚀电位上升,腐蚀电流密度下降,它的抗腐蚀能力得到较大提高。
A protective ceramic membrane was prepared on a zirconium alloy by AC micro-arc oxidation. The surface morphology, cross-section structure, composition and phase composition of ceramic membrane were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The polarization curve of zirconium alloy before and after MAO was measured to evaluate the electrochemical corrosion of ceramic membrane. The results show that the film is more compact and well bonded with zirconium alloy. The ceramic film is composed of m-ZrO2, t-ZrO2 and SiO2, of which SiO2 is mainly distributed in the outer film. After the micro-arc oxidation treatment, the corrosion potential of zirconium alloy increases, the corrosion current density decreases, and its corrosion resistance is greatly enhanced.
