英语角作为校园文化建设的重要组成部分,是高校英语教学的一种重要辅助手段,是学生锻炼和提高英语语言运用能力的第二课堂。当下,边疆民族地区高校的英语角大多面临一个萧条的现状,通过改良活动组织方式及确认教师参与的角色,能够逐步改善英语角的现状,使之真正与课堂教学相结合,提高学生的英语运用能力。
As an important part of campus culture construction, English Corner is an important aid to English teaching in colleges and universities. It is also the second classroom where students can exercise and improve their English language ability. At present, most of the English corners of colleges and universities in frontier ethnic minority regions face a depression status quo. By improving the organization of activities and confirming the role of teacher participation, the status quo of the English corner can be gradually improved to make it truly integrated with classroom teaching and improve students’ ability.
