一、优化人机系统是提高“两效”的客观要求和必然趋势1.人机系统是人类工程学的重要组成部分,对提高“两效”具有较强的科学性和实用性。人类工程学作为研究工效的科学,20年代在日本最早提出,40年代在欧美各国广泛兴起。在我国目前的情况下,这门学科主要将用来指导提高工效,协调人机关系和改进产品设计。人类工程学根据人机结合中人在系统中的作用,把人机结合归纳为三种基本形式,即人作为劳动者的人机结合形式,人作为控制者的人机结合形式和人作为监视者的人机结合形式。这三种人机结合的基本形式构成了五种类型的人机系统。现阶段煤炭企业的人机系统,主要为人占统治地位的人机系统,是一种由众多子系统构成的中型系统。
