采用溶胶凝胶浸镀二氧化硅薄膜的方法修饰改善微晶玻璃表面缺陷。通过光学显微镜观察镀膜后膜层的典型形貌提出了较合适的溶胶组成范围,并通过改变催化剂的量观察镀膜后膜层情况,讨论了HCl作为催化剂对镀膜质量的影响。
Adopting the method of sol - gel dipping silica film to improve the surface defects of glass - ceramics. The typical morphology of the coating after the coating was observed by light microscopy. The suitable composition range of the sol was proposed. The coating thickness was observed by changing the amount of catalyst. The influence of HCl as a catalyst on the coating quality was also discussed.
