这里要说的这种热电摄象机,是一种敏感热辐射的电视摄象机,成本很低廉。摄象机的核心即热电摄象管及其在热成象中应用在一些文章中都有一般的叙述。这种摄象管(图1)的结构,除与1时的敏感可见光的光导摄象管相似外,还有两个特点:就是有热电靶和锗面板。靶的直径18毫米,是将TGS沿法向于晶面上的热电轴切片,由锗面板的背面支衬着。靶的正面有一层能很好吸收热辐射的材料作的导电层,通过面板的密封环将外面连接。接近正常环境温度物体的辐射能的峰值,在8~14微米大气窗口内,在这个波段中锗面板是敷霜的。这里说的管子是英国电子管有限公司根据政府合同而制造的。
The thermoelectric camera to be talked about here is a sensitive thermal radiation television camera that costs little. The camera's heart, the thermoelectric video tube and its use in thermal imaging, is described generally in some articles. The structure of this camera tube (Figure 1) is similar to that of a 1: 1 sensitive visible light photoconductor tube. It has two features: a thermoelectric target and a germanium panel. The target diameter of 18 mm was obtained by slicing the TGS along the thermoelectric axis normal to the crystal plane and backed by the back side of the germanium panel. The front of the target has a conductive layer made of a material that absorbs the heat radiation well and connects the outside through the seal ring of the panel. The peak of the radiant energy near the normal ambient temperature is within the window of 8 to 14 microns in which the germanium panel is applied frost. The tube here is made by British Tube Co. under a government contract.
