1 引言再生障碍性贫血(再障)属难治性贫血。儿科急性再障发病率高,出血、感染严重,死亡率高,预后不佳。我科自1980～1988年共收治小儿再障54例,现总结分析如下.2 临床资料2.1 一般资料2.1.1 年龄与性别男32例,女22例,男女比为1.45:1;年龄自1.5岁至14岁,其中小于3岁者3例,3～7岁13例,8～14岁38例,学龄儿童居多数。
1 Introduction Aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia) is a refractory anemia. Pediatric acute aplastic anemia, high bleeding, severe infection, high mortality, poor prognosis. Our department from 1980 to 1988 were treated a total of 54 cases of children with aplastic anemia, are summarized as follows.2 Clinical data 2.1 General information 2.1.1 Age and gender 32 males and 22 females, male to female ratio of 1.45: 1; age 1.5 From the age of 14 to the age of 3, 3 were less than 3 years old, 13 cases were from 3 to 7 years old, 38 cases were from 8 to 14 years old, the majority of school-age children.
