目的评价在民工子弟小学开展健康教育工作的效果,为民工子弟学校健康教育提供依据。方法根据《中小学健康教育指导纲要》的基本要求,并结合一些重大传染病的防治知识,分别设计小学中年级(3~4年级)和高年级(5~6年级)健康知识调查问卷。抽取南京市1所民工子弟小学3~6年级学生进行健康教育,用SPSS 11.5分析干预前后结果。结果健康教育后,学生对多项健康常识、常见病知识等方面的知晓率和健康行为形成率都有所提高,且差异大都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对民工子弟小学学生开展健康教育可以有效地提高他们的卫生保健意识,改善他们的卫生行为习惯。
Objective To evaluate the effect of carrying out health education in primary schools of migrant children and provide the basis for the health education of migrant children in schools. Methods According to the basic requirements of the “Guideline for Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools”, combined with the knowledge of prevention and treatment of some major infectious diseases, questionnaires of health knowledge in middle school (grades 3-4) and senior grades (grades 5-6) were designed. Health education was conducted in grade 3 to 6 pupils of 1 migrant children’s primary school in Nanjing, and SPSS 11.5 was used to analyze the results before and after the intervention. Results After the health education, the students’ awareness rate and health behavior formation rate of many common health knowledge, common disease knowledge and so on increased, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education for migrant children primary school students can effectively raise their awareness of health care and improve their health behavior.
