2,6-萘二甲酸(简称2,6-NDCA)结构上具有高度的对称性,是合成多种高性能含萘聚合物的重要单体。由2,6-NDCA与乙二醇反应得到聚2,6-萘二甲酸二乙酯(简称PEN),其多方面性能均优于对苯二甲酸二乙酯(PET)。2,6-萘二甲酸粗产物中有许多杂质存在,不同的制备方法杂质种类和含量也不完全相同,这将直接影响聚合反应和PEN的质量。因此,2,6-萘二甲酸必须进行纯化,使之达到聚合级的质量要求。综述几种提纯2,6-萘二甲酸的方法。
2,6-Naphthalene dicarboxylic acid (2,6-NDCA) has a high degree of symmetry in structure and is an important monomer for synthesizing many high-performance naphthalene-containing polymers. By the reaction of 2,6-NDCA with ethylene glycol, polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate (referred to as PEN for short) has better performance in many aspects than that of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). There are many impurities in the crude 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, different preparation methods are not exactly the same type and content of impurities, which will directly affect the quality of polymerization and PEN. Therefore, 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid must be purified to meet the quality requirements of the polymerization grade. Several methods of purification of 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid are reviewed.
