一、前言大学教育的良窳与中小学教育的课程改革密不可分,大学与中小学之间的课程改革伙伴关系乃是提升教育质量的关键要素。因此,如何强化大学与中小学课程改革之间的连结,达到理论研究与实务兼顾的效果,进而提升教育质量,乃是一项重要课题。本文以国立中正大学参与十二年国民基本教育课程改革为例,论述大学在中小学课程改革的角色与功能,特别指出大学可根据所进行的中小学课程发展基础研究,进而协助政府进行十二年国民基本教育课程改革的政策规划,并透过《十二年
I. Introduction Good university education is inseparable from curriculum reform in primary and secondary education. The curriculum reform partnership between universities and primary and secondary schools is a key element in improving the quality of education. Therefore, how to strengthen the link between university and curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools so as to achieve the combination of theoretical research and practical experience so as to improve the quality of education is an important issue. This article takes the participation of the National Chung Cheng University in the 12 years of national basic education curriculum reform as an example to discuss the role and function of the university in curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools.
