初一的学生刚从小学毕业,还保留了很多小学生的学习习惯,如好奇、好动、自律性较差。对于新环境,还处在适应期,包括新增的课程和教师。这是一节意外频出的课,整堂课并没有按照我的预设进行,但是我却很开心。正所谓:“教学是一种遗憾的艺术。”对教师来说,最重要的是上完一堂课后的自我反思,在反思的过程中不断进步。研究教学是快乐的,师生交流是快乐的,教育也是快乐的。我还需要努力,努力寻找教师的教育幸福,并享受着快乐的教育生活。 Freshmen just graduated from primary school, but also retains the learning habits of many primary school students, such as curiosity, restlessness, and poor self-discipline.
