在当前的事业单位中,有着许多的青年员工。青年员工专业知识与文化素养都比较高,在事业单位中发挥着极其重要的影响。近年来,事业单位正在进行体制改革,随之也暴露相出一些问题,其中就包括青年员工的思想政治问题。大部分事业单位中的青年员工都没有认识到思想政治教育的重要性,同时,对青年员工的思想政治教育没有新观念与新方法。在事业单位中对青年员工进行思想政治教育的进程中,需要注意青年员工的心理特点,引导青年员工形成正确的思想观念。
In the current institutions, there are many young employees. The professional knowledge and cultural accomplishment of young employees are relatively high, playing an extremely important role in public institutions. In recent years, institutions are undergoing institutional reforms, which in turn have exposed some problems, including the ideological and political problems of young staff. Most of the young employees in public institutions do not realize the importance of ideological and political education. At the same time, they have no new concepts or new methods of ideological and political education for young employees. In the process of carrying out ideological and political education for young employees in public institutions, it is necessary to pay attention to the psychological characteristics of young employees and to guide them to form correct ideas and concepts.
