目的 :探讨转化生长因子α(TGF α)和表皮生长因子受体 (EGFr)在脂溢性角化病 (seborrheickeratosis,SK)发病机制中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法检测 30例脂溢性角化病 (SK)组织中TGF α和EGFr的原位表达 ,并选用 1 0例正常皮肤组织作为对照。结果 :SK组中TGF α、EGFr的阳性表达程度分别显著高于对照组。结论 :SK组织中存在TGF α和EGFr的过度表达 ,这种异常高表达的TGF α和EGFr可能通过参与SK的自分泌生长环路而与SK的增生发展有关
Objective: To investigate the role of transforming growth factor alpha (TGF alpha) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFr) in the pathogenesis of seborrheic keratosis (SK). Methods : Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the in situ expression of TGFα and EGFr in 30 patients with seborrheic keratosis (SK). Ten normal skin tissues were used as controls. Results: The positive expression levels of TGFα and EGFr in the SK group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Overexpression of TGFα and EGFr exists in SK tissue. This abnormally high expression of TGFα and EGFr may be related to the development of SK by participating in the autocrine growth loop of SK.
