从教师的角度讲,高效的课堂教学是指促进学生高效学习的教学;从学生的角度讲,高效的课堂教学是指学生获得显著发展的教学,这里的“发展”是指具有全面性、整体性、持久性的发展;从投入的角度讲,高效的课堂教学是指教学投入(或教学所耗)少但教学产出(教学所得)高的教学。洋思中学“先学——看、练(学生),后教——兵练兵(学生),当堂训练——练(学生),即全过程都让学生学”的教学模式,它的基本思想就是让学生人人都会学,人人都肯学,人人都学好,实现了学生的主体地位和教师的指导作用的双向融合,真正把教学过程变为学生自己获得信息、掌握技能、形成态度的过程。这种模式,符合高效课堂的理论要求,值得我们尝试。
