[目的]对石河子市2009年9月~2010年3月流行期流感病毒进行核酸检测及分析,了解石河子市流感流行情况。[方法]采集流感样病例的咽拭子用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(PCR法)检测流感病毒。[结果]2009年9月~2010年3月共检测1所哨点医院流感样标本385份,检出流感病毒84份,阳性率为21.82%,其中甲型H1N1流感病毒72份,占85.71%,季节性甲型H3N2流感病毒2份,乙型流感病毒10份。[结论]2009年9月~2010年3月流行期间石河子市流感病毒分离结果同国内各地区及疆内流感网络实验室检测结果相一致,主要检出流感病毒为甲型H1N1流感病毒,同时有季节性甲型H3N2和乙型流感病毒的存在。
[Objective] To detect and analyze the influenza virus in epidemic period from September 2009 to March 2010 in Shihezi City to understand the prevalence of influenza in Shihezi City. [Methods] Throat swabs were collected from influenza-like cases and tested for influenza virus by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (PCR). [Results] A total of 385 influenza samples from 1 sentinel hospital were detected from September 2009 to March 2010, of which 84 were positive for influenza virus. The positive rate was 21.82%, of which 72 were Influenza A (H1N1) virus, accounting for 85.71% , 2 seasonal influenza A (H3N2) viruses and 10 influenza B (B) viruses. [Conclusion] The results of influenza virus isolation in Shihezi City during the epidemic period from September 2009 to March 2010 are consistent with the results of laboratory tests conducted by various regional and flu influenza networks in China. The influenza virus was mainly detected as Influenza A (H1N1) Seasonal Influenza A H3N2 and Type B Influenza Virus.
