Φ2.4×1.2M圆锥形球磨机,系衡阳冶金修造厂产品.1965年在我厂扩建安装使用,1970年以前为解决传动轴振断,在传动部增加了两组轴承,并全改成滚动轴承.1971年大齿轮磨损得不能再用时更换了新件.更换后的大齿轮,其齿面硬度不如原来齿面硬度高,仅运转了一年,在大小齿轮节圆处沿齿厚方向上总磨损量竟达2mm.齿轮重新出现强烈振动,传动轴地脚螺钉振断两次.为解决齿轮磨损及振动,球磨机停车肘,给矿端倒矿浆等问题作了修改设计,并经十多年实践检验,效果良好.本文就齿轮磨损、振动原因和改进设计简述如下,供参改.
