From the operation of nearly 20 years into the Chinese market, Sinochem Total is successful. However, due to the impact of China’s national conditions and the company’s own conditions, it always seems to be overwhelmed by staff management and quality control of oil metering. As we all know, Sinochem Total is a typical case of foreign capital bankruptcy after China entered the WTO promised to liberalize the refined oil retail market.
