为实现在建工程火灾风险的动态分析,降低在建工程火灾发生的概率,结合在建工程火灾案例及施工特点,依据火灾原因及特点分析,建立了火灾风险评价指标体系。依托集对分析理论,分析总结了层次分析法在赋权应用上的缺陷和不足,提出基于SPA-IAHP的赋权方法,建立了基于N元联系度的系统分析模型,通过对风险等级的判定及对集成分析态势和偏联系数的分析,综合评判出系统风险程度及发展趋势。
