以粒径为15μm的ZrB_2粉末作为原料,在烧结温度1800℃、压力30 MPa条件下,采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)制备出单相ZrB_2陶瓷,并研究了不同加热速率和不同保温时间对ZrB_2陶瓷烧结体烧结行为、物相、微观结构、致密度及开、闭孔率的影响。采用XRD、FESEM分别分析了样品的相组成和微观形貌,采用阿基米德排水法测量了样品的致密度、开孔率和闭孔率。结果表明,加热速率和保温时间对ZrB_2陶瓷烧结体的物相、微观结构及致密度等影响显著,并得出加热速率150℃/min和保温时间5 min为最佳烧结工艺,所制备出的ZrB_2陶瓷烧结体纯度高、致密度为95.1%、开孔率为1.2%、闭孔率为3.7%。
Single-phase ZrB 2 ceramics were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) at a sintering temperature of 1800 ℃ and a pressure of 30 MPa using ZrB 2 powder with a particle size of 15 μm as the raw material. The effects of different heating rates and different holding times on the wear resistance of ZrB 2 ceramics Sinter sintering behavior, phase, microstructure, density and open and closed porosity. The phase composition and microstructure of the samples were analyzed by XRD and FESEM respectively. The density, open porosity and closed porosity of the samples were measured by Archimedes dewatering method. The results show that the heating rate and holding time significantly affect the phase, microstructure and density of ZrB2 ceramic sintered body, and the best sintering process is obtained when the heating rate is 150 ℃ / min and the holding time is 5 min. The ZrB2 ceramic sintered body has high purity, 95.1% density, 1.2% open porosity and 3.7% closed porosity.
