对近年来有关稀土元素在改善铝合金的耐蚀性能方面的研究成果进行了总结和分析。主要介绍了稀土铝合金的制备技术及其耐蚀性能特性;铝合金表面稀土转化膜的主要制备工艺及其成膜机理和耐蚀机理;稀土-硅烷复合膜的制备及其耐蚀性能;稀土在有机缓蚀剂和有机涂料中的应用。对今后应注意的问题提出了建议。
In recent years, rare earth elements in improving the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy research results were summarized and analyzed. The preparation technology of rare earth aluminum alloy and its corrosion resistance properties are mainly introduced. The main preparation process, film forming mechanism and corrosion resistance mechanism of rare earth conversion coating on aluminum alloy surface are discussed. The preparation and corrosion resistance of rare earth silane composite film are discussed. Application in Organic Corrosion Inhibitors and Organic Coatings. Suggestions for the future should be noted.
