总结了国内外关于碳纤维/环氧树脂层压板孔隙的形成机理、检测方法、影响因素及孔隙对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,孔隙对复合材料层合板的强度和疲劳寿命有不利影响,并且孔隙对水的渗透和环境因素非常敏感,孔隙的存在促进了水分的吸收,且吸湿可导致材料强度下降。提出湿热环境下孔隙对复合材料性能影响是未来研究方向之一。
The formation mechanism, testing methods, influencing factors and the influence of porosity on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber / epoxy laminates were summarized both at home and abroad. The results show that the porosity has an adverse effect on the strength and fatigue life of the composite laminate, and the porosity is very sensitive to water infiltration and environmental factors. The presence of pores promotes the absorption of moisture, and the moisture absorption can lead to the decrease of the strength of the composite. It is proposed that the influence of porosity on the properties of composites in hot and humid environment is one of the future research directions.
