纵观当前数学教学课堂,对学困生转化的主流模式,是采取分层教学,分层作业。在具体操作过程中发现,大部分学困生因为被特殊对待,都有被歧视的感觉,因而学习积极性不强。基于此,在教学中采取小组帮扶小组监督,小组竞争的学习模式,很大的调动了学生的学习积极性,取得了很好的效果,本文将从两个方面阐述互助小组在数学学困生转化中的作用。
