我国农村经济具有以主要实行家庭承包经营制,各地经济发展不平衡,农业劳动力数量多、素质差,土地、资本、科技等资源不足等特点。而农民专业合作社是在农村家庭承包经营基础上,同类农产品的生产经营者或者同类农业生产经营服务的提供者、利用者,自愿联合、民主管理的互助性经济组织。其在很大程度上弥补了我国农村经济的不足,但是合作社目前还只是处于初级发展阶段,所提供的社会化服务还相当有限,许多问题还有待解决,特别是资金短缺和融资难问题,需要我们进一步研究分析。 The rural economy in our country has the following characteristics: the system of household contractual management is mainly implemented; the economic development in various places is unbalanced; the quantity of agricultural labor force is high; the quality is poor; and the resources such as land, capital and science and technology are inadequate.
